- Corporate Hospitality Program
An AUS Corporate Hospitality Program Permit is required for corporate or event-based meet and greet activities conducted inside the terminal. Applications may be submitted for meet and greet activities in the designated Baggage Claim area and to welcome participants with digital welcome messages.
The Corporate Hospitality Permit Program applies to companies or event organizers conducting organized meet and greet operations inside the terminal for multiple arriving guests during a duration of time, typically associated with conferences, corporate events, or similar group-based activities occurring over part of a day or multiple days.
Applications should be submitted at least 7 days in advance or up to 90 days/3 months in advance. Applications received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible to receive a permit.
